This man lives breathes and sleeps tuning cars. I promise it will be 100% running the best it’s ever runned after Derek gets ahold of it making more power with less timing I don’t get known of that stuff but I’m trying to learn as I still send him logs and best part about Derek is he gets right back to you within 10 minutes at the most. Derek is one of the few tuners who has great communication and stays on top of things. He does great work and the turn around time is phenomenal! I couldn’t be happier.

At first I was skeptical about my first venture with remote tuning but Derek was highly recommended by a friend of mine who also owns a very reputable shop. Right off the bat he was very responsive, eager to help, troubleshoot and work around within what I felt like almost any time schedule. His dedication to the craft left me dumbfounded as I've never had the communication that I have with any other shop for parts, or work, or anything vehicle related. He's definitely a rare top class individual with knowledge that goes beyond tuning and I can't thank him enough for his efforts. The best advice I can give is have a detailed list of what you have done and what exactly you're looking for and he can get you dialed right in.

Derek is the man! He doesn't have five stars for nothing. He did a remote tune for me on a simple 87 Cutlass Supreme Gen 3 LS swap. I’ve had Derek remote tune my setup, Kong 2650, and he was very straight forward to deal with. He worked with your time and let you know beforehand if he had to do it without a certain time of the day. However, every time I sent a log the revision was back ASAP so made everything seamless. Great communicator and def knows how to calibrate correctly. Thanks Derek!!

After having trouble with 3 other tuners in my area I came across Derek and DDtech. I was hesitant with trusting another tuner, let alone a remote tuner after my troubles. He had a ton of people backing up his work and after a phone call he put my worries to rest. We started over and in 2 emails he had my car idling the best it ever has. Derek was fast with revisions and great with communication. He was very patient with me when I had a wheel crack and had to wait to get it repaired to finish tuneing. Once the tuning was done the car drove great. Will start up first try, trans shifts awesome, and the car moves out. I would highly recommend DDtech over any other tuner. It's been about 2 years now with his tune in the car and I have zero issues.

Amazing customer service and ultra fast responses to e-mails. I had a horrible tune in my car with all sorts of issues and he had it perfect in about six flashes. Well worth the money. I won’t let anyone else tune for me.

During my build, I was recommended to use Derek from ddtech as my tuner. Everything has been great. In the past I was never a fan of remote tunes thought that wasn't a good idea. Well I was completely wrong. He's taken my car to level I didn't think it could. After a few revisions I swore he sent a 150 shot of nitrous in the tune. It turned into an animal. Also very easy to talk to and didn't make you feel like you were an idiot for asking questions. Very responsive and quick to get back to you. If you need a tune wouldn't hesitate to contact ddtech.

Derek is by far one of the best tuners out there! He always makes an effort to explain & NOT sound condescending or rude.
By my 3rd file in HPT I realized he was legit as nearly all my previous issues were gone. I've offered plenty of times to pay for additional changes and he respectfully declined. I've driven over 10k miles on his tuning and the truck continues to perform amazing!

Amazing tuner. In the past with each vehicle I struggled to find a tuner I could work with for additional upgrades to my vehicles. Once I’d get it tuned by someone local, it was always wishy washy on getting back to make revisions.

I can honestly say I will continue to use Derek for many vehicles and upgrades to come. You won’t find someone as dedicated to lining out your setup as good as Derek. 12/10 satisfied and confident to have someone that cares about making my setup perform the best it can, as safe as it can.

He has done several tubes for us and they always come out top notch! Great level of communication and guidance when needed on you end as well. We have had a couple vehicles tuned by other people which we then had to get with DDTECH to get the tune fixed and we run just his tunes now with great results!

Derek tuned my built C7, it made over 1100whp. he was extremely helpful and patient during the process. Randomly I will ask him questions and he responds almost immediately!

Tuned my LS6 swapped RX7 and did a great job. He has made multiple changes for me without hesitation and the best part, he's almost always available and answers phone calls. Hard to come by these days. I always get my revised maps quickly and efficiently.

Derek helped tune my c6 and c7 along with my dad’s Sierra. He’s patient and willing to walk you through how the remote tuning works. All vehicles have been running great!

Derek has tuned my ctsv since it was in its early stages of becoming what it is today. This has been going on for about 4 to 5 years now. He has also tuned my fiances cars. So we like to keep him "in the family" lol nothing but great experiences. He's very throughout, to the point, and listens to you to make sure things are going correctly as should. My car is now twin turbo swapped and I couldn't be happier with him behind the keyboard with it.
